The Roush 2011-2014 5.0L Ford Mustang Phase 2 Calibrated Supercharger Kit belongs to the TVS (Twin Vortices Series) line of superchargers developed by Roush, setting new standards for performance and reliability. This esteemed line has been tried and tested in Roush-built Mustangs and F-150 vehicles for years.

The Roush R2300 supercharger showcases Eaton's cutting-edge Twin Vortices Series technology (TVS) rotating assembly, delivering more power and enhanced fuel economy within a more compact package, ensuring uncompromising performance.

The Roush R2300 TVS supercharger is a roots-type, positive displacement supercharger equipped with twin four-lobe rotors twisted 160-degrees.

In comparison, the original Eaton supercharger rotating assembly had three lobes twisted at 60 degrees. The addition of the fourth lobe and increased twist, combined with redesigned air inlet and outlet ports, significantly improves thermal efficiency, enhances volumetric capacity, allows for higher operating speeds, promotes a smoother and more efficient airflow into the engine, and results in improved noise and vibration characteristics.

Unlike turbocharging, the Roush R2300 TVS supercharger delivers instantaneous throttle response and generates increased power throughout the engine's entire powerband.

This kit now utilizes the Roush Flash Voucher card for calibration using the Roush Diagnostic Tool (RDT) software and pass-thru device. If you don't have access to an approved pass-thru device, you can opt to send your PCM back to Roush for flashing, subject to an additional $100.00 fee.

When installed according to 2014 Mustang instructions and using the latest released calibration, this kit complies with EPA guidance and does not constitute tampering under the Clean Air Act.
