Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Used parts are non-returnable.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. The item has to be in its original packaging, new, and uninstalled.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please utilize the Contact Us form or email customer service at [email protected] Once we receive your request, we will provide a return shipping address and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your order. Once we get that information to you, then please place the item securely in its original packaging and Return Form & Proof of Purchase, then mail your return to the shipping address that has been provided to you.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return . Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return . Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Tuners
  • Paint and Other Fluids
  • Roll Cages / Roll Bars
  • Engine Power Adders (superchargers, turbo kits, nitrous systems)
  • Crate Engines
  • Short Blocks
  • Transmissions
  • Discontinued Items
  • Items that have been installed on a vehicle
  • Items shipped via truck freight
  • Gift Cards
  • Items with a purchase date greater than 1 year

  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
