Shipping for New Parts (Sold by Modified Muscle Marketplace)

All parts labeled as "new" are stocked, packaged, and shipped by Modified Muscle Marketplace and its partners.
- Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after purchase.
- Shipping Methods: We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on item size and destination.
- Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $299 qualify for a flat rate standard shipping fee of $20 within the contiguous U.S.
- Free Shipping Threshold: Orders over $299 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships.
- Expedited Options: Express and expedited shipping are available at checkout for an additional cost.
Shipping for Used Parts (Sold by Third-Party Sellers)

Used parts listed on our site are sold and shipped by verified enthusiasts.
- Handling Time: Sellers are expected to ship orders within 3 business days of receiving payment.
- Shipping Methods: Shipping methods and carriers may vary by seller. All shipments must include tracking.
- Shipping Costs: Set by the individual seller based on item size, weight, and destination. Some sellers may offer free shipping or local pickup options.
- Communication: Buyers and sellers can communicate directly through the platform for special arrangements or questions.
Shipping for Vehicle Auctions
Buyer-Seller Coordinated
Vehicles sold through our auction platform are not shipped by Modified Muscle Marketplace. If shipping is
required, it is the responsibility of the buyer and seller to negotiate and coordinate logistics
directly.
- Buyers may request shipping, and sellers should be transparent about any assistance they can offer.
- All costs, timing, and arrangements must be agreed upon between both parties prior to completion of the sale.
- We recommend using reputable vehicle transport services with insurance and tracking.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- If your new part is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
- For used parts, contact the seller directly via your order dashboard. If resolution is not possible, our support team can step in to mediate.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.
